Passion, Precision, Riding, Selling

My journey with horses began when I was 14, a bit of a late bloomer compared to many. I first learned to ride on a horse that was generously lent to us by a family friend, and I was initially self-taught. It didn't take long for my love for horses and the sport to become apparent, and soon enough, I had my Dad and Stephen on a plane to Holland to look at sport horses.

In 2003, I started studying at St Andrews University, but the call of the equestrian world was too strong. I took a leave of absence and went on to work and train with horses in Holland and Belgium. By 2004, I had begun buying and selling horses as a hobby so I could avoid working in a shop or bar. This passion project eventually grew into the thriving business that Drumcarrow Equestrian is today.

My brother Stephen joined the business during his "gap year," and he's never looked back since! Our Mum and Dad have been our inspiration from the very beginning. My Dad's wise words, "if you are going to do something, do it properly," have always stuck with me and guided us through the growth and development of our business.

While I've competed in 1.40m classes nationally, my true passion lies in producing, riding, and selling our horses. I'm thrilled to be part of Drumcarrow Equestrian and excited to share my love for horses with others.
